Workdays: 15-20 hours per week: Monday to Friday. Flexible schedule available during normal business hours. School holidays and vacations will be respected. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary for all of the below positions.

Internships Available
Public Policy Associate
- Research, track, synthesize, and summarize public policy issues affecting the nonprofit sector.
- Assist in the preparation of materials to communicate policy issues to the organization’s membership, nonprofit leaders, policy makers, and the general public.
- Occasional contact with elected leaders & public officials as requested.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Prior experience with Massachusetts State House, preferred
Membership & Events Associate
- Assist in maintaining and updating member profiles/information
- Assist in tracking/documenting membership information
- Assist in membership retention efforts
- Research member information in other states/organizations
- Assist in planning for events
Creative Design Associate
- Brainstorms and mocks up design ideas.
- Uses computer software to execute designs.
- Works with others, such as printers, programmers, developers or other technicians, to complete the final product.
- Working with the CEO, develop an organizational style guide for all internal and external documents.
- Develop branded materials, including external marketing documents, event invitations, programs, and other materials as needed.
- Actively enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a technical or university graphic design, or other related program
- Experience with graphic design software Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. required
- Experience with branding and marketing are preferred
Preferred candidates should be pursuing a Bachelors Degree or be a recent graduate and should be entrepreneurial, self-starters who can prioritize and manage projects and deadlines, have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment to create a finished product, possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and have a strong attention to detail.
