Questions or concerns about special accommodations at the conference venue can be directed to conference@massnonprofitnet.org

 

Can I get a registration refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds. You can, however, substitute a registration for another member of your organization. Simply contact Nancy Hawkins at n_hawkins@mwcc.mass.edu or 978-630-9163. Nancy will confirm that payment for the original registration has been made and will happily make a substitution, up to four days before the conference. Substitutions can be made on the day of the conference, but pre-printed name-tags will not be available.

 

I can't remember if I'm a member of the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network or not.

All issues regarding Massachusetts Nonprofit Network membership status, benefits, or fees should be directed to membership@massnonprofitnet.org.

 

My organization was a member of the Institute for Nonprofit Development at Mount Wachusett Community College and/or participated in the North Central Network of Nonprofits. Does that mean I'm a member of the Mass Network of Nonprofits too?

No, it does not. The Massachusetts Nonprofit Network is an entirely distinct state-wide organization of nonprofits.
