Barely a year up and running, the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network has three immediate goals: hire an additional staff person, become a one-stop shopping resource for its members, and develop a group purchasing program to create efficiencies and cost-savings to members.
MassNonprofitNet — its URL — officially formed in January. It serves as an umbrella organization for all the state’s approximately 25,000 nonprofit organizations across every sector and focuses on three areas of service, which are advocacy, public awareness and providing capacity-building resources.
